Cowboys offense too much for Browns

The Dallas Cowboys continued their hot start to the season with a 49-31 victory over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Dak Prescott threw for 234 yards and a touchdown, while KaVontae Turpin had a 98-yard kickoff return for a touchdown and a 58-yard punt return for a touchdown.

The Cowboys took a 14-0 lead in the first quarter on a 2-yard touchdown pass from Prescott to Michael Gallup and a 1-yard touchdown run by Ezekiel Elliott. The Browns answered with a 1-yard touchdown run by Nick Chubb, but the Cowboys extended their lead to 21-7 on a 38-yard field goal by Brett Maher.

The Browns closed the gap to 21-14 on a 1-yard touchdown pass from Jacoby Brissett to Donovan Peoples-Jones, but the Cowboys regained a 14-point lead on Turpin's 98-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

Cowboys defense forces four turnovers

The Cowboys defense forced four turnovers in the game, including three interceptions of Brissett. Trevon Diggs had two interceptions, while Anthony Barr had one. The Cowboys also recovered a fumble by Chubb.

The turnovers helped the Cowboys maintain control of the game and keep the Browns offense off the field. The Cowboys defense also held the Browns to just 3.9 yards per carry on the ground.

Cowboys improve to 2-0

With the win, the Cowboys improved to 2-0 on the season. They will face the New York Giants on Monday Night Football in Week 3.

The Browns fell to 1-1 on the season. They will face the Pittsburgh Steelers at home in Week 3.
