NASA Releases Map of 2023 Annular and 2024 Total Solar Eclipses
Annular Eclipse Coming in 2023, Total Eclipse in 2024
NASA has released a map showing the paths of the upcoming 2023 annular solar eclipse and the 2024 total solar eclipse. The map, available on NASA's website, shows the full paths of both eclipses, as well as the areas where they will be visible as partial eclipses.
2023 Annular Solar Eclipse
The 2023 annular solar eclipse will occur on October 14th, 2023. It will be visible as an annular eclipse, in which the Moon passes directly in front of the Sun, but does not completely cover it. The path of the eclipse will cross Mexico, the United States, and Canada.
2024 Total Solar Eclipse
The 2024 total solar eclipse will occur on April 8th, 2024. It will be visible as a total eclipse, in which the Moon completely covers the Sun, creating a breathtaking celestial event. The path of the eclipse will cross Mexico, the United States, and Canada.
Both the 2023 annular solar eclipse and the 2024 total solar eclipse are highly anticipated events. Astronomers and eclipse enthusiasts from around the world will travel to the eclipse paths to witness these celestial wonders.
